Medifocus’ business strategy is to leverage on strengths of various strategic partners, to further research and development via collaboration with academic institutions such as Massachusetts Institute of Technology and The University of Oklahoma, reduce manufacturing cost using offshore GMP and ISO Compliant manufacturers, conduct clinical studies with significant research hospitals.
For product commercialization, the Company intends to partner with world class medical device and equipment companies, especially companies with a business focus on women’s health and cancer care.
Once the Company commences the Pivotal trial for breast cancer, the business development effort will be focused on securing one or more strategic licensing, product R&D and marketing partners worldwide to collaborate with the Company in its effort to commercialize the APA focused heat treatment systems for cancer worldwide.
